Electrical Apprenticeships – 1st Year to 4th Year

Role Overview

Dynamite Electrical is offering exciting opportunities for Electrical Apprentices from 1st Year through to 4th Year to join our growing team. As an apprentice, you’ll gain hands on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects while completing your formal TAFE training. You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning every aspect of the electrical trade in a supportive and safety focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with installation, maintenance, and service work across various sites.
• Carry out preparation work and install electrical cabling systems (internal and external).
• Identify, terminate, and test electrical, voice, and data cabling in both copper and optical fibre.
• Maintain accurate records, including workbooks, timesheets, and training documentation.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in on the job and off the job training to develop skills and technical knowledge.
• Follow directions from supervisors and team members while demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with trades personnel, site teams, and clients when required.
• Support company goals through quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Current White Card and eligibility to work in Australia.
• Genuine interest in becoming a qualified electrician.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Enrolment in, or completion of, required TAFE studies for your apprenticeship stage.
