Licensed Electrician

Role Overview

We are searching for a licensed electrician to work across a range of medium to large-scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high quality electrical installations, maintenance, and service work while upholding Dynamite Electrical’s commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preparation and installation work for electrical cabling on site.
• Install and maintain electrical, backbone, and horizontal cabling systems (internal and external).
• Identify, terminate, and test electrical, voice, and data cabling in copper and optical fibre.
• Perform maintenance, testing, and fault rectification to ensure systems meet required standards.
• Interpret test results and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with Australian and ACA standards.
• Collaborate effectively with Leading Hands, Foremen, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide on the job and off the job training support as requested by supervisors or management.
• Assist with purchasing, equipment checks, and preparation of professional client manuals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities for career progression.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Electrical License or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in high end residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction safety regulations, and OHS compliance.
• Excellent technical skills in installation, service, and maintenance work.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and complete required documentation accurately.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.
