Dynamite’s greatest strength is in the quality of its employees, all of which are employed under an EBA. In an industry where historically there is a lot of personnel movement, we pride ourselves on not only the quality of our recruitment, but more importantly on our retention. This has seen quite a number of our employees remain loyal to us for in excess of over 10 years.
Dynamite Electrical employ a workforce of approximately 50 tradespeople, and supplement them with additional sub-contractors to support them as required.
From Level 1 and 2 Electrical works to Access Control / Intercom / Security / CCTV systems, Fire Services, NBN Infrastructure and Master Antenna Television systems are all part of our comprehensive specialist sub-contractor resource base, to name a few.
We also have a subcontract agreement to supply on call 50-70 part time contractors that are readily available. This allows us to provide our clients with very competitive prices, without the need to hold excess labour.
